An international symposium “Electrochemically activated solutions: hospital infection precautions in endoscopy room. History, practice, prospects” took place within the XII Russian Gastroenterology Week. The following new electrochemical devices were presented in the paper “Electrochemically activated solutions: evolution of the ecologically pure technologies of disinfection” (V.M. Bakhir, V.I. Prilutsky, S.A. Panicheva, N.Yu. Shomovskaya) : STEL- ANK - device for generation of anolyte with high specific content of oxidants, possessing higher antimicrobial activity and lower corrosiveness; STEL-PEROX - device for generation of a nonchloric anolyte of new nature – Anolyte-PEROX with high antimicrobial activity under minimum concentration of active agents and absence of corrosiveness. A new technological process of Anolyte-ALOX solution generation is developed. Anolyte-ALOX has high antimicrobial activity, considerably reduced corrosiveness, effective in the conditions of organic load.
