It is analyzed disadvantages of present water disinfection methods there – ozonation, ultraviolet irradiation, use of sodium hypochlorite etc. – and prospects of applying in water treatment and disinfection of electrochemically activated oxidant mixture solution from AQUACHLOR devices are evaluated.
