The technology of lactulose producing by electrochemical method has been developed.
Experiments were successfully carried out for dairy production to increase the pH of a 24% lactose solution by 5 units. A prototype of the device was constructed, pilot experiments were carried out, and the device was transferred for further experiments in production.
